  1. Good Morning Millicent and fellow women. I participated last week in the workshop on Sat 8th September – with regards to presenting yourself whilst performing using colour and body image to get the best out of yourself and your performance. Well, women if u didn’t get the chance to attend u missed a brilliant workshop!!! Totally on a different level to the previous workshops from start to finish. Millicent and Beverley construed an agenda for the day that was packed and amazing; given the time they had. We had likes, dislikes, colour make overs, touched on appropriate underwear (extremely important women, so get measuring!!!), some tips on the subtle use of make-up, body shapes and what is the appropriate colours, lengths, size of clothing to be wearing to suit ur body shape. How to use appropriate accessorise, like a belt, jewellery, appropriate footwear to enhance how u present yourself. It is not about fashion, but what is your style???

Thanks to the two inspiring and encouraging leaders for an amazing, thought provoking and very, very inspiring day. You could see lots of planning and hard work had gone into the day. Thanks to Althea too (Millicent’s daughter for all her hard work.). God’s richest blessings to all. Until the next time….I cannot wait!!!!!!! Carlenex

  2. Cafemnee Jam Session for Songs of Praise on Sunday 5th February, 2017.
I had the privilege of being part of the session. I say it was a privilege because I was given the opportunity by Millicent to participate in this. It was a wonderful experience to be able to play with other women to be able to bless others, along with Songs of Praise. The beauty also of women young and more mature sharing their musical expertise, in the same space.
Thanks Be To God for giving this opportunity, and thanks once again to Millicent.
    Carlene McKenzie
