Remember the Christmas Reggae Festival on Reading, last year? It was a lot of fun, and the audience was able to listen to Millicent’s best songs of the genre. Here, a snippet of the night, with Tamela Mann’s “Take Me To The King” in the powerful sax version Millicent launched as a single in 2018.
“She’s Royal” has great lyrics, indeed, but a saxophone can sing about love just as fine, as Millicent shows in her rendition of the song. Check it out in this video, taken at the Christmas Reggae Festival 2019.
Check one of the songs Millicent performed at the Christmas Reggae Festival 2019; the lively “She’s Royal” by Jamaican-American singer Tarrus Riley.
Yes, the festival is today! Although the main event is scheduled for the evening, music and activities are on since 2:00 PM. Are you coming, or already there? I hope so!
See you there!
Yes, the festival will take place on Saturday 14th December, which is just around the corner. Get on board for a day packed with the best live music, four DJ rooms, and a tond of activities.
We are only one month apart from the big day, and early bird only goes until November 16th. Are you booked yet?
November is just around the corner, so it is better to make plans for Christmas soon! This year, Millicent brings an excellent option: the bigger than ever Christmas Reggae Festival at the University of Reading, a celebration of music with tons of artists and activities.
