One year ago today, the talented women from “Time For My Music” offered their second online concert. We want to go back to the stage in 2023, and for that, we need your input!
Yesterday, we had a fantastic time online at the Gospel Music concert “Sax Interpretations – Ladies Edition”, where myself, along with Ornisea Williams Hird, Barbara Witter, Rinelle Harrynarine and Ginger Cornwall brought the best of the saxophone to screens around the world. The event was very well received, gathering hundreds of views on Youtube and thousands on Facebook!
See you there!
Last week, I offered a miniconcert through Facebook and Instagram, playing songs as Etta James’ ‘At Last’, Bob Marley’s ‘Redemption Song’, Bon Jovi’s ‘Livin On A Prayer’, and more. It was a nice chance to catch up with all of you and share a bit of what I am currently doing.
Find me at Erma’s Jamaica Hospital Appeal Fund 21st anniversary.
Next Sunday 18th August, I will perform in Manchester as part of the Champion Tour by Ni-Cola. The venue is Matt and Phred’s Jazz Club, located at 64 Tib St, Manchester M4 1LW, and the show starts at 7.30pm. Get you tickets at Level Tickers, and say hi if you make it!
To avoid confusion or double billing, all our online channels will cease to sell tickets at 3:00 PM. Remember that only the tickets purchased online include the free download of a song by Millicent, better to not let the opportunity pass!
In exactly four weeks, the curtain will go up for the fifth edition of Not Just Jazz. This year, it comes renewed, recharged and ready to make you enjoy music at its best for an evening to remember.
We announced it yesterday and the day before yesterday, yes, but we don’t want anybody to miss it: the contest for getting you favourite song played by Millicent and the band has been extended until the end of the month!
