September 21st is the chosen date to celebrate the 21st anniversary gala of this important charity, which was established in April 1998, following the very bad flooding and landslide that occurred in January 1998, in Portland, Jamaica, in which many people lost their homes and lives. During all these years, the organization has seeked to improve the under resourced health care and education programmes for disabled and disadvantaged children and adults around the world, focusing in reaching unattended rural areas and provide material aid, support and training were necessary. This is a beautiful and inspiring work, and I am very glad to be part of the gala, where more funds will be collected to help those in need.
This is a black tie event. It will take place at the H Suite, 100 Icknield Port Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 0AA, starting 7:00 PM. Tickets available on M&M Studios and DD Empire Afro & European Hairdresser. See you there!
