Putting my video and Audio production skills to the test on ‘Mary’s Boy Child’
I notice that I did not have any Christmas music on my YouTube channel, so this week I recorded Nat King Cole’s ‘The Christmas Song’, also ‘Mary’s Boy Child’, made famous by Boney M. What a great opportunity to put both my video and audio production skills to the test.

It has been a hectic year, with many ups and downs, and Christmas is a good moment to stop for a bit, take in the blessings alongside a deep breath, and get energised by the feeling of gratitude.

The Challenge of Stress Management
To ensure our wellbeing and the longevity of our careers, it is vital that we learn how to manage stress. There are several strategies that we can apply. Wishing to improve and complement my own methods, this year I took a stress management course taught by the Real Society of Musicians and put on by BAPAM.
