What shall I play for you at the Legacy Centre in 2 weeks time with the Not Just Jazz Band?

Songs are a big thing for me. I guess, maybe for all musicians. I spend time thinking about what to play. It’s no different for my next live performance, in two weeks time, but this time with the guys of the Not Just Jazz Band.

It’s been a while. Lockdown got in the way, then it was rebuilding my music business, so playing live in 2 weeks time, Wednesday evening 7th June with the Band for the first time in a long time, is so good.

I know it’s a Wednesday, but see it as a mid week brightener 🙂

We will be at the Legacy Centre, 144 Potters Lane, Birmingham B6 4UU, for the ‘Wednesday Mic Fever’ night.

There will be other acts, and I’m headlining the show.  My set will also include ‘an audience with’, where Miss Culture Jam, the organiser, will interview me.  You’ll get a chance to hear what I’m up to, but also I get a chance to share tips for singers or musicians wanting to establish themself, which is a passion of mine, as you know.

But now it’s time to finalise the songs and get them to the Band this week.  But, if there is something you have heard me play, and you would like me to consider it, please leave a note in the comment by this Tuesday, 30th May.

More about the event:
‘Wednesday Mic Fever’ is a monthly for up and coming artiste, and with an established artiste as headliner.

Doors open 6.30pm, for a 7.30pm start.  Tickets £7 payable  on the door.  If you want to know more about the night or the venue please call Miss Culture Jam, the organiser, on 07714 125 022

It will be great to see you there!
