There is still one week left to donate to ‘Time For My Music’ cause: raising funds for the homeless through the charities CEO Sleepout and The House of St. Barnabas.
Today is the funeral of Carlene McKenzie, our dear member of Cafemnee and Time For My Music who passed away at the beginning of the year. To pay homage to her memory, the women of the group are going to perform ‘Swing Low, Sweet Chariot’ as a band, while I will do a solo rendition of ‘The Old Rugged Cross’.

On July 3rd of this year, the women of ‘Time For My Music’, my online membership group dedicated to support emerging female musicians, offered a performance in which they applied all the things they learned in the group: from how to get and use backing tracks, to what microphones to use, to how to record themselves, etc.
