Sleep issues are the part of my menopause journey that I've found the most detrimental. I figured out early on that I needed to tackle them. In my most recent blog entry, I share ten strategies that have been effective to achieve a good night's rest.
Backstage sneak peek! It was taken at the beginning of October in Cannes, France. I was checking my sax before my first performance for Edrington Spirits at the TFWA World Exhibition & Summit. Slide to see a snap of the harbour that I took the next day during a little walk. Isn't it gorgeous?
Heading home, going through my footage. Don't worry I'm not driving, Mike is 😀
Bants on the journey to T3.
Behind the scenes. Gig ready.
Last week the corporate offices based in Waterside. Today Terminal 5. Next week Terminal 2. Thank you British Airways for booking me.
I'm back to the UK after performing in Cannes! Many thanks to Edrington for inviting me to their business event aboard a gorgeous yatch during the TFWA World Exhibition & Summit 2023 🥃
3 alarms to get me moving! 4.15am taxi to New St. On to Nice via Bristol Airport. Quick breakfast before I board. I'm looking forward to tonight's gig at the TFWA in Cannes.
Applications are still open for ‘Recruiting Classical’! Find more info on my last blog post or at https://blim.org.uk/recruiting-classical/?utm_campaign=News230920
A few weeks ago, I had the chance to visit the Czech Republic on a mission trip with my church. Learn all about what I did, who I met, what I saw, and whether or not I drank hot spring water by reading the latest entry of my website's blog: https://millicentstephenson.com/2023/09/22/a-woman-on-a-mission-in-czech-republic/
Really nice to relax after two late night gigs. A relaxing afternoon at Edgbaston Stadium. England v New Zealand. #cricket
'Superstition' is one of the songs I played at Wednesday Mic Fever the other night. I love it very much as Stevie Wonder is one of my favourite artistes. Also, it was fantastic playing with the Not Just Jazz Band again. It's been a while, as lockdown changed a lot of things. These guys are off the chart!
